• How do i check the status of my order? Please check the tracking link in your email follow up or reach out to customer support on Hello@CuteBlueDesignCo.com.

 

• How long does order processing take? Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to ship, with the exception to metal art which takes a little longer to produce and powder coat along with the quality control involved. 

 

• How long does shipping take? Once shipped, you can expect delivery within: 

  USA: 2 - 8 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

  Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days

  UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days

  Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 18 Business Days

  Rest of the World: 5 - 15 Business Days

 

• Why have i only received 1 product when i ordered 2? Some orders are shipped separately to reduce costs on your end and on our end.

 

• Do you ship Internationally? Yes, in most cases we do. Unless you order metal art we only ship USA to USA.
